Offensive Coordinator

3rd year at Tustin, 10th year coaching High School Football. Previously coached at his alma mater Gladstone High School in Covina as an Offensive Line Coach and Offensive Coordinator (2015-2019). Took over as Head Coach at Gladstone High School for 3 seasons (2020-2022). Coach Phil enjoys learning from his Coaching peers, Golfing, playing video games, cooking, barbecues with family, and making new memories with his Fiance Jiscel and their dog Arlo. Born and raised in Azusa, California.

Coach G has been coaching the game of football for over 13 years . This is his first year here at Tustin as the new LB position coach. He is a Father to his daughters Anaiya (mama) and Queen Janelle (JahJah) and Son..Cameron (BUZZ) and also Grandfather to his Grandson Zae’dynn (Baby Chris) …he enjoys long walks on the beach.. he runs 3 miles every morning .. and enjoys doing palates and yoga .. spending time with his kids and family.. GOD…FAMILY…AND FOOTBALL!!! GO TILLERS!!!

A Tustin High Alumni, Coach Bell has over 15years of coaching experience from the high school level to collegiate level. He went on to play at UNLV and played linebacker and defensive back while there. Coach Bellis committed to developing student athletes on and off the field. He currently serves as the Dean of Culture and Climate at El Sol Academy as well as the Head Boys Golf Coach at Tustin High. Coach Bell is married with 3 kids. His son Theo is currently on the Tillers football team. His wife Dr. Letitia Clark-Bell is a former Tiiler, as well as a former mayor in the city if Tustin. They are Tustin!
