Coach Phil is entering his fourth year at Tustin High School and his 12th year coaching high school football. A proud Gladstone High School alumnus, he previously coached at his alma mater in Covina as the Offensive Line Coach and Offensive Coordinator from 2015–2019 before serving as Head Coach from 2020–2022. Born and raised in Azusa, California, Coach Phil enjoys learning from his fellow coaches and spending time away from the field golfing, playing video games, cooking, and hosting barbecues with family and friends. He especially enjoys making new memories with his fiancée, Jiscel, their daughter, Sienna, and their dog, Arlo.

Coach G has been coaching football for over 14 years, and this is his second year at Tustin High School, where he serves as the Linebackers Coach. Outside of football, Coach G is a proud father to his daughters, Anaiya (“Mama”) and Queen Janelle (“JahJah”), and his son, Cameron (“BUZZ”). He is also a proud grandfather to his grandson, Zae’dynn (“Baby Chris”). Coach G enjoys staying active through daily 3-mile runs, Pilates, yoga, and long walks on the beach. Most importantly, he enjoys spending time with his children and family. GOD. FAMILY. FOOTBALL. GO TILLERS!

Entering his second year at Tustin, Coach Declan previously served as an Offensive Line Coach at Miami Beach High School in Florida. He played high school football at DeMatha Catholic High School in Maryland before continuing his playing career at the University of Pennsylvania, where he played Offensive Line from 2019–2023. Outside of football, Declan enjoys cooking, playing video games, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.

A Tustin High Alumni, Coach Bell has over 15years of coaching experience from the high school level to collegiate level. He went on to play at UNLV and played linebacker and defensive back while there. Coach Bellis committed to developing student athletes on and off the field. He currently serves as the Dean of Culture and Climate at El Sol Academy as well as the Head Boys Golf Coach at Tustin High. Coach Bell is married with 3 kids. His son Theo is currently on the Tillers football team. His wife Dr. Letitia Clark-Bell is a former Tiiler, as well as a former mayor in the city if Tustin. They are Tustin!
